Kaxton has wide cross border experience gained over many years in structuring merger and acquisition and other deals for clients within Africa and also to and from the Sub-Saharan region. Services include the facilitation of tax, legal, management and corporate governance in respect of cross border structures especially joint ventures as well as innovative structuring.
